I'm worried about the parking situation now that you're moving down the street. It was so convenient with that parking lot before!

The great news is that the new space still offers free, easily accessible neighborhood street parking. Plus, the lot is still there to use. It’s just a slightly longer walk. You will get the same beautiful salon experience when you walk in, just with more space. And, we are near more shops and restaurants to enjoy before or after your appointment.

It's a complete shift—the 15-25 minute drive to Highlands is too far for my regular appointments.

Think of what you gain: You eliminate the stress and cost of Cherry Creek parking (no more feeding meters!). Plus, as Cherry Creek gets more expensive, running a business like ours there becomes a challenge to keep those costs from impacting your service pricing and value. We moved to preserve the quality and affordability you expect from us. You're coming to a stunning, more relaxing space (natural brick, historic charm) where we can guarantee you the best experience and prices.

But I love the atmosphere and upscale shopping in Cherry Creek.

We chose Highlands Square because it has the original Denver charm you appreciate. It's one of Denver's most vibrant, historic neighborhoods. It has unique, locally owned shops and acclaimed restaurants, it is not dominated by high-rise apartments and commercial buildings that you see popping up in Cherry Creek now. It’s an upgraded, unique experience.

Is my favorite stylist definitely moving with the team? I don't want to lose them!

YES! The entire team is moving together. You keep the talent you know and love, but now we'll be under one roof, expanding our knowledge and services. You're simply upgrading your salon environment while keeping your stylist and the results you love.

I worry I don’t know this salon now, will the standards stay the same?

The standard is actually getting higher. In fact, as a thank you for joining us in the new space, your first visit includes a complimentary Botanical Repair Strengthening Treatment (up to a $45 value). We're focused on you and building your hair's strength from day one in the new flagship.

Since I have to drive further, will my service prices change?

There are no planned price changes related to the move itself. The real value is that you are eliminating paid parking entirely and receiving a high-value complimentary treatment as a thank-you.

Why did you consolidate and close Cherry Creek if things were going so well?

This move was about creating one truly superior, custom-built environment that allows us to expand our services and house all our talent in one luxury flagship. For our Highlands relocation, it’s more space and allows us to serve more guests. It's also a huge investment dedicated to the future quality of your guest experience. We can more easily plan and do more, and we can’t wait to get started!

What about the current Highlands space? Is that where my appointment is until February 2nd?

Yes, for any appointments you book after December 22nd will be seamlessly moved to our current Highlands location, and then we'll transition any appointments after February 2nd to the beautiful new flagship. The new space is worth the wait.
